The Maplewood Neighborhood Association (MNA) is committed to the future of our community. Be a part of that future by joining or renewing membership in the MNA! Membership gives you the right to vote on the MNA leadership and to participate on the MNA Board of Directors.

(1)To join the MNA using a check, download the membership form below, fill it out, and mail it with our check to Maplewood Neighborhood Association, 200 W. Ridge, Rd. Rochester, NY 14615. You can also bring the completed form and annual dues payment to any monthly MNA Town Hall Meeting, or mail it to our office.
