Subject: RE: Brewer St Genesee Greenway trail pedestrian bridge Closure

The Genesee Greenway trail pedestrian bridge at Brewer Street will be closed to the public during construction:

·         Tuesday August 13, 2024

·         Monday August 19, 2024 – Friday August 23, 2024

Equipment will be lifting and moving materials on/around the bridge.  To perform that work and for public safety, RGE will close the north and south bridge access gates and post signage.

RGE is also aware of the following upcoming public events that will require bridge access:

  • Sun 9/15 Rochester Marathon
  • Fri 10/4 – Sun 10/6 Roc the RiverWay Weekend
