The NYS Historic Residential Properties Tax Credit Program covers 20% of qualified rehabilitation costs of historic houses, up to a credit-value of $50,000, and the workshop will help you determine if your project and house will qualify. Wednesday the 27th, The Lower Falls Foundation is sponsoring an evening with renowned Frederick Douglas scholar Dr. David Anderson. This intimate presentation on the life and legacy of Douglas will be held in Maplewood Park at the Kelsey’s Landing historical marker. The program begins at 6:00 pm.
