May 3rd Meeting location has changed!
The next MNA General Meeting at 7 pm, May 3rd will be at Eastman Business Park (formerly Theatre on Ridge Road West).
Along with our regular meeting agenda items including RPD; Tim Palmer, EBP VP of Marketing and Development & MNA Board member, will give a slide presentation on the exciting upcoming plans and ideas for EBP.
This is your opportunity to see inside, up close and perhaps ask about the storied past of Building 28. Everyone has a story about life in the heyday of ‘the park’.
Free Parking will be available across the street.
Do you live in Maplewood? Do you plan on doing any rehabilitation work inside your home in 2017? Then come on over to a free Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Workshop, Tuesday March 7th 2017, at Aquinas Institute, from 7:00-8:30PM.
The NYS Historic Residential Properties Tax Credit Program covers 20% of qualified rehabilitation costs of historic houses, up to a credit-value of $50,000, and the workshop will help you determine if your project and house will qualify. The meeting will be an “Open House” forum with presentation boards, visual displays and pamphlets explaining the various elements of the design and construction phases. The design team will be on hand to help explain the proposed project, answer your questions and record your thoughts.
