Wednesday the 27th, The Lower Falls Foundation is sponsoring an evening with renowned Frederick Douglas scholar Dr. David Anderson. This intimate presentation on the life and legacy of Douglas will be held in Maplewood Park at the Kelsey’s Landing historical marker. The program begins at 6:00 pm. Merrill Street to Close to Traffic at Lake Avenue Monday
(Friday, April 8, 2016) – The Monroe County Pure Waters Pump Station Upgrade Project will affect traffic at Merrill Street and Lake Avenue over the coming weeks. Beginning Monday, April 11 and lasting until Friday, April 22, Merrill Street will be closed to traffic entering and exiting Lake Avenue.
Detour signs will be posted.
