The Maplewood Garden Team will hold its neighborhood yard sale on Saturday August 26th and Sunday August 27th from 9:00 am t0 4:00 pm.

Have your yard sale that weekend and publicity will be provided!  To have your yard sale placed on the map of participating homes, register by submitting your name, address, email, and phone number by Monday August 14th to rochbarbann@yahoo.com.  Registration is free and you do not have to participate both days.  The money you raise is yours to keep!  Maps will be available at the sale headquarters, 345 Flower City Park on the days of the sale.

If you have items to donate to the Maplewood Garden Team yard sale, please call Darlene at 254-3534 to arrange a date and time to drop off the items.

Do you live in Maplewood?  Do you plan on doing any rehabilitation work inside your home in 2017?  Then come on over to a free Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Workshop, Tuesday March 7th 2017, at Aquinas Institute, from 7:00-8:30PM.

The NYS Historic Residential Properties Tax Credit Program covers 20% of qualified rehabilitation costs of historic houses, up to a credit-value of $50,000, and the workshop will help you determine if your project and house will qualify.  Virginia Bartos, from the NYS Historic Preservation Office, will be there to present.   Read More →
